HIGH TECHNOLOGIES IN DIAGNOSTICS, TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION.
CONTEMPORARY STATE AND PROSPECTS.
The Conference «High medical technologies in XXI century» has the status of an official
intergovernmental action on problems of development of high medical technologies and is devoted to the evaluation of the latest
methods of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation and the prospects of their development in the cardiology, cardiosurgery,
neurology, transplantology, traumatology and orthopedics, neurosurgery, gastroenterology, urology, gynecology,
pulmonology, physiology, biochemistry, ñ ellular technologies, immunology, genetics, pharmacology etc.
Annually, since 2002, the Organizing committee of conference is formed of heads Ministry
of Healthcare of Russian Federation, Ministry of Healthcare of Spain, Committee on Health Care, State Duma, Russian Federation,
Moscow Committee on Science and Technologies, Russian Association of Roentgenologists and Radiologists, Russian Association of
Allergologists and Clinical Immunologists Association "Russian Doppler Club", Association of the Specialists in
Rehabilitation Medicine, Russian Association of the Specialists of ,Functional Diagnostics, is formed by the private
companies ÀÌÌ -2000, Ltd., Russia, High Medical Technologies, Ltd., Russia, AMM & Villamartin, Ltd., Spain,
Hospital “Clinica Benidorm”, Spain.
The basic organizer of conference of 10 years is company "ÀÌÌ-2000 "
which spends conference on unappropriated means, involving doctors and scientists from seven Federal districts.
Thematic directions of conference constantly extend, since 2009 the new section
«Innovative projects in hi-tech medicine» is organized allowing actively to reveal innovations
in the Russian Federation for projects of type «Skolkovo».
On results of the last conferences Resolutions repeatedly were brought in
Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on health protection which in the further were the important offers
at formation of acts.
The Program Committee of the Conference consists of leaders and scientists
of the biggest medical institutions.

Section 2. Modern aspects cellular and nanotechnologies:
2.1. Modern methods of allocation and manufacture of cultures of cells of different fabrics and the bodies,
the directed differentiation and the control of safety of cells.
2.2. The tissue-engineering constructions, nanotechnologies and systems of delivery of biologically active substances.
2.3. Problems and prospects of clinical application of cells.
Section 3. World experience and innovations in development of endovascular surgery.
Section 4. Innovations in preventive maintenance, diagnostics and treatment of infectious diseases. Laboratory diagnostics.
4.1. New technologies in the prevention of infection patients and the medical personnel.
Section 5. High medical technologies and the advanced achievements of subjects of the Russian Federation.
Section 6. The innovative projects in the high-tech medicine.
Sessions in a format of “Round tables”:
1. Modern state regulation in public health services of the Russian Federation.
2. The introduction of modern standards of training and certification of medical experts in various regions of Russian Federation.
3. The necessary, sufficient and perspective diagnostic standards in various spheres of medicine (pathology of central nervous system,
cardiovascular system, pathology of internals).
